Refunds & Cancellations
How refunds and cancellations work for Tecslas Solutions products and services.

1. Scope
This policy explains the general approach to refunds and cancellations for paid products and services offered by Tecslas Solutions. Individual products may publish more specific billing terms; where they do, the product-specific terms take precedence for that product.
2. Our website
The Tecslas corporate website (tecslas.com) does not sell anything or take payments directly, so nothing on this website is billable or refundable.
3. Product subscriptions & plans
- Free trials & demos. Where a product offers a free trial, you will not be charged for the trial period and can stop before it ends at no cost.
- Cancellations. You may cancel a paid plan at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
- Renewals. Subscription fees already charged for the current period are generally non-refundable once the period has begun, except as set out below or as required by law.
4. When we do issue refunds
We will review and, where appropriate, refund a payment if:
- you were charged in error or charged twice for the same service;
- a paid feature was materially unavailable due to a fault on our side and we could not resolve it within a reasonable time; or
- a refund is required under applicable consumer-protection law.
5. What is normally non-refundable
- Fees for a billing period that has already been substantially used;
- One-time setup, onboarding, or custom-development work that has already been delivered;
- Charges arising from a breach of the product's terms of use.
6. Third-party payments
Some products let you transact directly with a third party (for example, paying a restaurant by UPI through Ootify). Those payments are between you and that third party — Tecslas Solutions does not hold those funds, and any refund for such a transaction is handled by that third party, not by us.
7. How to request a refund
Email tecslassolutions@gmail.comwith the subject "Refund request", including the product name, the account or email used, the payment date and amount, and a short description of the issue. We aim to acknowledge within 3 business days and to resolve eligible requests within 7–14 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
8. Changes
We may update this policy as our products evolve. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version.
